Jacob Haught

Jacob Haught is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Equine Studies Department at Emory & Henry College, where he transitioned from Virginia Intermont in 2014. He holds a B.S. in Dairy Science from Virginia Tech (1973) and a D.V.M. from the University of Georgia. With over 50 years of experience in Large Animal Medicine and Surgery, he operates Washington County Veterinary Service and Tri-State Vet Supply in Abingdon, VA. Additionally, he and his wife Carol manage a horse breeding and Corriente cattle operation in Bristol, VA.
