Jacline Nyman is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. She holds a B.Adm (University of Ottawa), MBA (University of Calgary), and D.B.A. (Cranfield University), along with the ICD.D corporate governance designation. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, charitable organizations, community investment, consumer behavior, corporate social responsibility, digital giving, and philanthropy.
Previously, she served as Vice-President, External Relations at the University of Ottawa, President & CEO of United Way Centraide Canada, and founder of Advancement Resources Counsel (ARC) Inc. She volunteers as Chair of the Senators Hockey Club Foundation and advises on leadership and governance globally.
