Jackie Ford

Jackie Ford is Professor of Leadership and Organization Studies at Durham University Business School. Her research examines leadership through critical, poststructural, and psychosocial lenses, with particular focus on gender, diversity, and the lived experience of working lives.

Current projects investigate:

• Discourses/materialities of leadership
• Diversity in retail sectors
• Senior professional women in late career
• Talent management critiques

Publications analyze gendered leadership identities, ethical leadership development, and resistance in organizational contexts. She supervises doctoral candidates exploring critical approaches to working lives and leadership.
