Jack Needleman is Professor of Health Policy and Management at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and Associate Director of the UCLA Patient Safety Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University and teaches health policy analysis, research design, and program evaluation.
