Jack Murray

Jack Murray is an Assistant Professor in Game Design at the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology, University of Texas at Dallas. His research explores the intersection of analog and digital games, affective potential in gaming, and relationships between games and computing technology.

His research interests span multiple domains including Game Studies, Digital Media, Platform Studies, Affect Theory, Narrative Systems, and Tabletop Game Design. Dr. Murray holds a Ph.D. in Texts & Technology from the University of Central Florida and is ACUE certified in higher education pedagogy.
