Jack JIAO

Jack JIAO is a **Full-time Professor of Urban Informatics** at the **College of Integrative Studies (CIS)**, Singapore Management University. His research focuses on urban informatics, AI, and Smart City technologies, analyzing how urban infrastructures influence human behavior through information technologies. He has been recognized as a **Fulbright Scholar** and ranked in the top 2% of global scientists in transportation and logistics (Stanford Elsevier, 2021).
