JAMES MACPHERSON

James MacPherson is a Senior Lecturer in Performing Arts at Edge Hill University. He holds a PhD in Performance Studies from the same institution (2021), focusing on 'UK Outdoor Arts: An Exploratory Study into the Contemporary Practices of Performance in Public Space.' His research emphasizes public space dynamics, cultural interventions, and rhythmanalysis. Current projects include an AI-enhanced analysis of video data for cultural interventions in public spaces (2022-2025).
