J.P. Singh is a Distinguished University Professor at George Mason University (USA) and co-director of the Center for Advancing Human-Machine Partnership (CAHMP). He also serves as Richard von Weizsäcker Fellow at the Robert Bosch Academy in Berlin. His interdisciplinary work bridges political economy, cultural policy, and technology studies.
He has held academic roles at institutions including Georgetown University and the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on globalization, technological inclusivity, and development policy. Recent awards include a $1.39M Minerva grant (PI), Fulbright-Nehru, and the Schar School’s Outstanding Scholar Award.
He edits Arts and International Affairs and previously led Review of Policy Research. His current book project explores Development 4.0 frameworks for inclusive tech adoption in the Global South.
