J.H. Slinger is a Professor in Policy Analysis at Delft University of Technology's School of Technology, Policy and Management, with an honorary visiting professorship at Rhodes University, South Africa. She serves as Treasurer of the Scientific Committee for Problems of the Environment (SCOPE) since 2023.
