J.D. van der Bij

Dr. J.D. van der Bij is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Groningen, specializing in Innovation Management and Organization Studies. His academic career spans over four decades, including roles at Eindhoven University of Technology (1985-2009) and his current position since 2010. He holds a PhD in manpower planning from Eindhoven University of Technology (1985).

His research focuses on New Product Development processes, project teams, R&D alliances, and innovation management.
