J. Christopher Pardini

J. Christopher Pardini serves as Instructor of Keyboard and Music Theory at Saint Vincent College (SVC), Pennsylvania, and holds dual roles as Director of Music and Liturgy at Blessed Sacrament Cathedral Parish and Cathedral Organist for the Diocese of Greensburg. Previously, he led the nationally recognized sacred music program at Shadyside Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh and was Senior Organist at Crystal Cathedral (now Christ Cathedral), performing weekly on the 'Hour of Power' TV program.

• Education: BM in Sacred Music (Westminster Choir College), MM in Organ Performance (Eastman School of Music), Service Playing Certificate (American Guild of Organists)

Research focuses on keyboard repertoire interpretation, music pedagogy, and composition. Specializes in Bach's works and sacred music traditions. Active in arranging for orchestras including Chicago, The Jacksons, and Foreigner.

Develops post-baccalaureate sacred music programs and directs the College Concert Series. Notable compositions include commissioned chamber works and award-winning arrangements for commercial artists.
