Dr. Iwona Morozow is a Lecturer and researcher at SWPS University, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Social Communication in Wrocław and the Department of Journalism and Social Communication. She is also a cultural studies scholar, anthropologist, and film scholar specializing in cinema economics and visual anthropology.

Her research focuses on contemporary cinema, particularly documentary film, and explores the interplay between film production, distribution, promotion, and cultural contexts. She emphasizes ethnographic methods in film research to bridge theory and practice.
Dr. Morozow collaborates with the video marketing agency Frame Media (2017–present) as a production manager, screenwriter, and director. She has contributed to two major research projects: "The Politics of Memory towards the Communist Underground" (NCN, 2020–2023) and "The Process of Creating a Film Work" (National Program for the Development of Humanities, 2016–2019).
She teaches popular culture, screenwriting, audiovisual creation, and media systems at SWPS University, preparing students for careers in modern and future media landscapes.
