Ivana Jovanovic

Ivana Jovanovic is a doctoral candidate and Scientific Researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), affiliated with the Institute for Informatics (Chair of Scientific Computing and Simulation, SCCS) and the TUM Graduate School's CeDoSIA program. Her work bridges applied mathematics and computational science with hydrological applications.

Ivana has contributed to teaching through seminars and tutorials, including Data Mining, High Dimensional Methods in Scientific Computing, and Scientific Computing 1. She supervises student projects such as Vyshakh Unnikrishnan's deep learning-based rainfall-runoff modeling and Frank Schraufstetter's uncertainty quantification of the LARSIM water balance model.
