Ivan Parron is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, St. Thomas University. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in sports, entertainment, and media law, advising major industry clients and celebrities. He holds an A.A. from Florida State University, a B.B.A. and J.D. from Florida International University.

His expertise spans Media Rights, Intellectual Property, De-Fi/NFT, and Antitrust, with notable work on high-profile productions like American Idol and The Real Housewives of Miami. He pioneered digital music distribution through Ritmoteca.com, a precursor to Apple’s iTunes, and negotiated groundbreaking agreements with Sony, Universal, and Warner Music.
