Ivan Mutis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), within the Armour College of Engineering. He also serves as Deputy Director of the Sustainable Transportation and Infrastructure Research (STAIR) Center.
