Ismael Fajardo is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education at the University of Washington. He also serves as the lead researcher and evaluator at the City of Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning. His work focuses on the P-20 STEM pipeline for underserved student populations, emphasizing equitable education environments through quantitative and qualitative research.
