Dr. Islam Abohela is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for the BArch (Hons) Architecture Program at Staffordshire University's School of Digital, Tech, Innovation & Business. He holds a PhD in Architecture from Newcastle University and has over 20 years of academic experience across Egypt, the UK, Turkey, and Bahrain, spanning roles from Tutor to Head of Department. His research focuses on building physics, energy efficiency, urban wind turbines, and the intersection of science fiction films with architectural design.
