Iskandar Rowan is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Health Services, Policy, and Practice at Brown University, and the Head/Founder of the Center of Excellence in Decision-Analytic Modeling and Health Economics Research at sitem-insel AG in Bern, Switzerland. He holds a PhD in health services research from the University of Minnesota (2016), specializing in health decision science under Prof. Karen M. Kuntz.
