Isabelle Symes

Isabelle Symes is a Researcher at the Centre for Preventive Neurology within the Wolfson Institute of Population Health at Queen Mary University of London. Her primary research focuses on the health and social harms associated with nitrous oxide use among young people. She holds an MSc in Health Psychology from University College London (UCL) and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Kent.

Prior research experience includes studies on multimorbidity, delirium-related distress in intensive care unit (ICU) patients, and vestibular disorders. Her work bridges psychological and public health perspectives to address emerging health challenges.
