Isabelle Savard is a Full Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in Educational Technology at TÉLUQ University with 25 years of experience in instructional design. She holds affiliations with multiple research centers including LICEF, LIRES, UQAM's Institute of Cognitive Sciences, Quebec Pain Research Network, and TÉLUQ's Jacques Couture Institute.
