Isabelle LEBON

Isabelle LEBON is a Professor at the University of Caen Normandy, affiliated with the College of Economics, Management and Social Sciences and the PPVD (Public Policies, Voting and Democracy) research pole. She is based in France and serves as a thesis supervisor for doctoral candidates in public policy and economics-related fields.

Her research interests focus on public policy analysis, including the economic impacts of public infrastructure spending, urban segregation, inequality, and local taxation mechanisms. She actively supervises PhD candidates, co-directing research projects with colleagues like Frédéric Chantreuil.
