Isabelle Jossa

Isabelle Jossa is a lecturer at the École de Recherche Graphique (erg) in Brussels, specializing in graphic design, visual research, and sustainable practices. She teaches courses such as Graphic Design Workshop, the multidisciplinary 'Panorama' analysis module, and 'Vegetable and Local Colors (B2),' emphasizing co-learning and resilience through dye plant cultivation and transformation. Previously, she taught at the Centre des Arts Décoratifs (CAD) in Brussels for two years.

Her practice combines graphic design, illustration, and environmental art. She runs Mine de Rien, a studio focused on cultural sector design, collaborating with record labels (EMI France, Scarlet Production), theaters (The Ring Company, Madame Alfred Company), film productions (CBA Audiovisual Centre, CFA), and publishers (Editions Luce Wilkin). She has authored children's books and participated in international exhibitions, blending artistic creativity with ecological themes.
