Isabelle CORBISIER

Isabelle CORBISIER is a Full Professor at the University of Luxembourg’s Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, specializing in Company Law and Contract Law. She holds degrees from prestigious institutions including Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium), Louisiana State University (USA), and the University of Luxembourg. Her academic career includes roles as a lecturer at multiple universities, visiting scholar at Rotterdam and Berkeley, and guest professor at HEC-Ulg (Belgium). She was a key member of the laboratoire de droit économique (LDE) and led the SOCOM project reforming Luxembourg company law. Her research integrates national, comparative, and European legal perspectives.
