Isabella Feroni

Isabella Feroni serves as a Lecturer in Sociology at Côte d'Azur University, affiliated with the School of Society and Environment Research and the Research Group in Law, Economics, Management (GREDEG). She is an active member of the Pole Innovation, Science and Technology (PIST) and the INNOS research team (Innovation in organizations and society), operating within the university's interdisciplinary framework focused on societal challenges.

Her research centers on the nexus of innovation, organizational structures, and societal transformation, with particular emphasis on how technological advancements reshape social dynamics and institutional frameworks. Key areas include organizational adaptation to innovation, socio-technical systems, and the political economy of knowledge production, bridging economic sciences with sociological theory to analyze contemporary societal shifts.

Within the INNOS team, Dr. Feroni collaborates on cross-disciplinary projects examining innovation ecosystems, contributing to the university's strategic focus on sustainable societal development through evidence-based research on organizational behavior and technological integration in social contexts.
