Isabella Anders-Rudes

Prof. Isabella Anders-Rudes is a Professor for Private Business Law, Internet, and Online Law at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (Frankfurt UAS), Faculty of Business and Law. She serves as Head of the LL.M. degree program in Business Law: Contract Drafting and Digitalization and Managing Director of the Institute for Contract Design and Conflict Resolution (IVK). Her academic background includes an LL.M. from Northwestern University, Chicago.

Her research and teaching focus on Civil Law, Conflict Resolution, Commercial Law, Commercial Legal Protection, and Copyrights, with particular emphasis on digitalization trends in legal practice. She oversees the IVK, which addresses modern contractual and dispute-resolution challenges in business contexts.
