Isabel Rodríguez is an Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia. She serves as Vice-Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) and is a member of the Research Institute of Human Resource Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL).
Her research focuses on work stress, burnout, and leadership, with publications appearing in prominent journals including International Journal of Stress Management, Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal, Anxiety, Stress, and Coping, and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
She has coordinated research projects on work stress and supervised multiple doctoral theses.
