Isabel Maria Solano Fernandez

Isabel Maria Solano Fernandez is a Tenured Professor in the Department of Didactics and School Organization at the University of Murcia's Faculty of Education. She earned her PhD from the University of Murcia with a dissertation on videoconferencing as a didactic resource in higher education. Her research explores technology-mediated instruction with emphasis on synchronous distance learning tools.

As a member of the Educational Technology research group, she investigates pedagogical applications of communication technologies in university settings. Her work addresses the integration of videoconferencing systems, digital literacy development, and instructional design for hybrid learning environments.
