Isaac-Jacques Kadoch, MD, FRCSC, is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Montreal's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He serves as Director of the Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (EGRI) Program, Head of the Department of Gynecological Endocrinology, Reproduction and Infertility at NCHUM, and Director of the NCHUM Assisted Reproductive Medicine Clinic. Externally, he co-founded and serves as Vice-President of the International Francophone Society for Assisted Human Reproduction (SIFRAH). His clinical activities focus on reproductive endocrinology, infertility management, reproductive surgery, obstetrics, and general gynecology.
Dr. Kadoch obtained his medical education at the University of Paris VI-Pierre-et-Marie-Curie (MD 2000, DES in Obstetrics-Gynecology 2000), completed specialized training in Reproductive Medicine at University of Paris XI-Kremlin-Bicêtre (2002), and a Fellowship in Gynecological Endocrinology at the University of Montreal (2005). He holds additional diplomas in abdomino-pelvic anatomy, breast diseases, ultrasound diagnostics, and vulvar surgery from various Parisian institutions.
His research focuses on reproductive endocrinology, infertility treatments, natural cycle IVF, and reproductive biology mechanisms. He investigates endometrial receptivity, ovarian stimulation protocols, implantation failure, and innovative fertility treatments. His work spans clinical trials, molecular biology, and reproductive health policy, consistently addressing fundamental questions in human reproduction.
Kadoch has authored impactful publications on IVF optimization, endometrial receptivity, reproductive immunology, and fertility preservation. His recent work demonstrates a strong focus on evidence-based fertility treatments, including randomized trials on growth hormone and probiotic interventions, alongside investigations into implantation failure mechanisms and metabolic influences on fertility.
Honors include his FRCSC designation. He directs the NCHUM Assisted Reproductive Medicine Clinic and leads research teams investigating endometrial biology and IVF outcomes.
