Irēna Upeniece

Irēna Upeniece is an Associate Professor at the Department of Health Psychology and Paedagogy, Riga Stradiņš University. Her expertise intersects educational strategies, physical activity promotion, and nursing education. She holds an Expert qualification in Educational Sciences from the Latvian Council of Science (2022–2025).
