Iryna Lytvynchuk is an Associate Professor and Director of the Technology Transfer Office at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University (ZNAU). She holds a higher doctorate from ZNAU with a thesis on intellectual property management in agricultural research, a master's in international management, and a PhD in economics and business administration focusing on economic risks in agricultural cooperatives.
Previously, she served as Chief Inspector in the Department of Inspection of State Authorities at the State Audit Service of Ukraine. Her research interests center on intellectual property law/policy, agricultural risk management, and international economic frameworks for emerging economies.
