Iris van der Tuin is a Professor of Theory of Cultural Inquiry at Utrecht University's Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, and serves as Dean of Interdisciplinary Education. She previously held roles as Vice Dean for Undergraduate Education in the Faculty of Humanities, Associate Professor of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Coordinator of the Liberal Arts and Sciences bachelor's program. Her research focuses on New Materialism, Interdisciplinarity, and Creative Humanities, with a particular interest in feminist epistemology and the philosophy of science.
