Irene Roche Laguna

Irene Roche Laguna is a Visiting Professor in the European Legal Studies Department at the College of Europe Bruges Campus. She serves as Deputy Head of Unit for Telecom Regulatory Framework Implementation in the European Commission's DG CONNECT, with prior roles as Team Leader for E-commerce and Platforms, and extensive experience in EU law, constitutional law, and digital policy.
