Irene Metsis

Irene Metsis is a lead lecturer in the Human Resources Management Development Program at Estonian Business School (EBS). She serves as a board member and trainer at FendaF OÜ, co-founding the pet food brand FendaF. With nearly 30 years of experience across 8 organizations including Eesti Energia, Ministry of Economy, and Skanska, her expertise spans team leadership, HR management, and organizational development. Irene holds an International Business Management degree from EBS, completed EBS Executive MBA (2020), and studied psychology at Tallinn University.

Her professional focus includes adapting leadership strategies to digitalization, remote work challenges, and fostering organizational culture through shared values. She frequently contributes to EBS initiatives like the podcast Satelliit, discussing topics such as talent management and workplace trends.
