Irene Guijt

Dr. Irene Guijt is Head of Evidence and Strategic Learning at Oxfam Great Britain and Visiting Fellow at the International Inequalities Institute, London School of Economics. Her interdisciplinary work bridges evaluation practice, social justice advocacy, and knowledge decolonization.

Research focuses on:

• Participatory methodologies (PLA, SenseMaker)
• Epistemic justice and systems thinking
• Climate activism financing mechanisms
• Intersectional inequality analysis

Notable contributions include methodological innovations for amplifying marginalized voices in decision-making, global analysis of emergent agency during COVID-19, and developing Oxfam's decolonial accountability framework. She is currently researching her eighth book on evidence-based strategies for transformative change.
