Ion Cernica

Ion Cernica is an Associate Professor and Leading Scientific Researcher at the Department of Thermo- and Hydrodynamic Processes, part of the Institute of Applied Physics at Moldova State University. His primary roles include conducting advanced research and leading projects in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and energy systems.

His research focuses on thermo-fluid dynamics, heat transfer mechanisms, and applied fluid mechanics. Notable contributions include studies on early fluid dynamics theories, electric field effects in porous media, and optimization of hydropower systems.
