Dr Innocent Batsani-Ncube is a Lecturer in African Politics at the School of Politics and International Relations, Queen Mary University of London. With a PhD from SOAS and a Chevening Scholarship-funded MSc from Royal Holloway, he specializes in China-Global South relations, African parliamentary politics, and nuclear energy governance in Africa.

He has received grants from SOAS and the European Research Council for his work on African state architecture.
