Ingvild Reymert

Ingvild Reymert is Head of Department at the Oslo Business School, Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet). She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience in academic research and policy analysis. Her affiliations include the Nordic Institute for Studies of Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU), the Institute of Social Research (ISF), and she was a visiting scholar at Stanford University in 2019. She is also a member of the Young Academy of Norway and serves as external chairperson for the faculty board at the University of Agder.

Her research focuses on public policy analysis and organizational studies, particularly examining:

• Academic recruitment processes
• Use of bibliometrics in science
• Trust in peer review systems
• Researchers' engagement in third mission activities (dissemination, industry collaboration)
• Mergers of higher education institutions
• Collaboration dynamics in research groups

She teaches master's courses in policy analysis (MSL4000) and organizational studies (MSLV4100) at OsloMet. Her research methodology combines qualitative and quantitative approaches.
