Ingrid Loy

Ingrid Loy is an Instructor of Marketing at the College of Business, West Liberty University. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from West Liberty University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wheeling Jesuit University. She is also a Leadership West Virginia Class of 2017 graduate.

• Serves on the WCOB Retention & Recruitment Committee
• Member of the WCOB Advisory Board Committee
• Participant in the WCOB Grant Writing Committee

Her professional interests include marketing strategy, interpersonal communications training, and community engagement. She actively contributes to the 'End of Bullying Begins with Me' campaign with her daughter and supports local businesses through marketing initiatives.

Prior roles include Director of Marketing at Eagle Manufacturing, Program Manager at the West Virginia High Technology Foundation, and Accounts Manager at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. She volunteers as a Varsity Cheer Coach for the Brooke Little Bruins and is involved in local youth sports organizations.
