Ingrid Guardiola Sanchez

Ingrid Guardiola Sanchez is a Lecturer in the Department of Philology and Communication at the University of Girona since 2025, previously serving as an Associate Professor from 2009. She is an internationally recognized essayist, audiovisual director, and cultural researcher with extensive guest lecturing experience across Catalan, Spanish, and global institutions including UPF, UNAM, and UDP, alongside presentations at major art centers like CCCB and MNCARS.

Her educational background includes a PhD in Humanities from Pompeu Fabra University.

Guardiola's research critically examines sociocultural relationships between culture, technology, and society through literary, audiovisual, and exhibition formats, emphasizing 'ecosystems' while challenging historical modernity.
