Ingo Burgert is a Full Professor at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering at ETH Zürich and heads the Institute for Building Materials (IfB). He co-leads the WoodTec research group at the Cellulose and Wood Materials Laboratory, Empa, Dübendorf.
