Ines Lietzke-Prinz

Prof. Dr. Ines Lietzke-Prinz is a professor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management (HRM) and Entrepreneurship at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences (FH Westküste). She leads the Startup & Innovation Center and chairs the Sustainability Subcommittee within the university senate. Her expertise spans organizational development, digital transformation, and new work models.

She holds a professorship in the Department of Economics (Fachbereich Wirtschaft) and teaches modules on entrepreneurship, innovation management, and HRM. Her research emphasizes sustainable entrepreneurship and organizational identity, using methodologies like ZMET (Zum Mitgefühl Entwickelte Technik) for qualitative insights. She actively supervises bachelor's and master's theses in areas like (Sustainable) Entrepreneurship and Organizational Development.

Her recent publications include a 2024 open-access book on global sustainability strategies and 2022 journal articles on organizational identity and knowledge theory. She collaborates with industry partners on applied research projects and promotes innovation ecosystems through the FH Westküste Startup Center.
