Ines Hrdalo

Assoc. Prof. Ines Hrdalo, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Ornamental Plants, Landscape Architecture and Garden Art, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. She teaches courses including Urban Landscape Design, Green Infrastructure, and Trends in Contemporary Landscape Architecture. Her research focuses on sustainable approaches to urban and rural spatial regulation, Mediterranean landscapes as identity factors, and nature-based climate solutions.

She has coordinated national projects like Protection and Development of Mediterranean Landscape Identity in Croatia (MZOS) and participated in international initiatives such as REGREEN Croatia (EIT Climate-KIC) and ARCADIA (Horizon Europe). Her work emphasizes integrating green systems in urban regions with protected natural areas.
