Inaya WAHIDI

Inaya WAHIDI serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at IPAG Business School in Paris, where she has taught management sciences since 2009. She is an affiliated member of the IPAG Chair 'Toward an Inclusive Company' and became a member of UN Women France in 2023.

Education:

• Ph.D. in Management Sciences, University of Western Brittany, France (2011)

Her research program centers on entrepreneurship within crisis contexts, gender equality initiatives, and corporate social responsibility frameworks. WAHIDI's work particularly examines how Lebanese small and medium enterprises navigate multiple concurrent crises while maintaining business continuity and social impact. She investigates digital transformation adoption patterns among SMEs and women's health inclusion issues within challenging socioeconomic environments.

Her recent publications reveal consistent focus on Middle Eastern business contexts, especially Lebanon, analyzing how organizations demonstrate resilience during political instability, economic collapse, and health crises. The research combines qualitative case studies with quantitative performance metrics to document adaptation strategies employed by entrepreneurs in fragile states.
