Ilze Balgale

Mg. sc. ing. Ilze Balgale is a Lecturer and researcher at the Riga Technical University (RTU) Institute of Architecture and Design. She holds a master's degree in Communication Science from the University of Latvia and a bachelor's and master's degree in Clothing and Textile Technology from RTU. Her academic work focuses on textile technologies, including manufacturing techniques for knitted, woven, and non-woven fabrics.
