Ilya A. Strebulaev is The David S. Lobel Professor of Private Equity and Professor of Finance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). He has been a faculty member since 2004 and serves as Director of the Stanford GSB Venture Capital Initiative. His research focuses on innovation financing, venture capital, corporate innovation, and private equity ecosystems. He holds a PhD in Finance from London Business School, an MA from the New Economic School (Moscow), and a BSc from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Research Interests: Dr. Strebulaev explores venture capital decision-making, corporate innovation strategies, and the valuation of VC-backed firms.
