Ikwo Oboho

Ikwo Oboho, M.D. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Infectious Diseases and Geographic Medicine. She serves as Director of Infection Prevention and Control at the VA North Texas Health Care System, leading the monkeypox outbreak response. Her clinical and research focus includes HIV management, outbreak control, and healthcare-associated infection prevention.
