Ian Mills

Ian N. Mills is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Classics and Religious Studies at Hamilton College. His research explores the reception of Jewish and Christian scriptures, apocryphal traditions, and textual transmission in antiquity.

Mills investigates early Christian manuscript traditions, Gospel harmonization, and heresiological rhetoric through philological and historical methods. He teaches courses on New Testament, history of Christianity, and ancient Mediterranean religions, and co-hosts the New Testament Review podcast.
