Associate Professor Ian Heslop is a clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Newcastle, leading teaching and research in pharmacy practice, public health, and infectious diseases. He holds positions in the School of Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacy and has served as Acting Head of Pharmacy at the University of Lincoln (2022-2023). His career includes over three decades of clinical and academic roles in the UK and Australia, including developing pharmacy programs at James Cook University and pioneering a Masters in Pharmaceutical Public Health.
