Ian Evans is a Lecturer in Neuroscience at the University of New England’s School of Science and Technology. His research examines EEG signal localization, EMF radiation effects on visual perception, and functional connectivity in neural networks. He employs transcranial stimulation and EEG analysis to study phosphene perception and cortical responses.
He holds a B.Psych (Hons) and PhD, with clinical expertise in EEG data analysis. Current projects include investigating mood disorder biomarkers and ambient lighting effects on neural activity. He collaborates with the Australian Centre for Electromagnetic Bioeffects Research.
