Ian Carmichael

Professor Ian Carmichael is a faculty member at the University of Notre Dame and serves as Director of the Notre Dame Radiation Laboratory. His research focuses on fundamental molecular-level understanding of radiation effects in matter, spanning applications in bioenergy, nuclear energy, solar photovoltaics, and biomedical radiation therapy.
